Center for Research on Smart Battery

With a clear goal to support the acceleration of Green Energy Transition challenge, we are exploring the use of Artificial Intelligence in battery energy systems aiming on improved safety and lifetime. Our next target is developing large AI models for energy systems including Battery energy storage, Power-to-X with SOFC and SOEC, condition-monitoring of power plants, and real-time control of power grids in the context of transport electrification including V2G.
